As a computer scientist,i have worked on diverse set of projects from automation to web scrapping,web development and API development. I like watching documentaries,anime and hiking. Rensoft Solutions

Developed Restful API's using Spring Boot

Created secure websocket's using Spring boot which employed Message brokers, STOMP subprotocol and SOCKJS fallback options

Integrated Daraja API into Rensoft's webservice

Used OpenFeign to allow communication between Rensoft's webservice and their main system(Insuarance brokerage management system)

Unit tested Rensoft's spring boot projects using Junit,Mockito and assertJ

Deployed fullstack projects on premise servers using Nginx reverse proxy

Managed services running on the server using linux Systemd and secured the server using iptables and FirewallD

Added notification functionalities(SMS and Email) to Rensoft's webservice

Used Docker to manage Rensoft's webservice resources and test the webservice in an isolated environment
